As a junior: Put together one of the finest seasons for a pitcher in Bryant history as a junior in 2012 ... Named the Northeast Conference Pitcher of the Year and First Team All-NEC after going 8-3 with a 1.81 ERA over 94 1/3 innings ... He allowed just 74 hits, struck out 74 and walked only 26 ... Registered four complete games and tossed two shutouts ... Went 6-1 with a 1.57 ERA against conference opponents ... Earned three NEC Pitcher of the Week honors ... Became just the fifth pitcher in program history to win 20 games with eight innings of two-run ball against CCSU (Apr. 5) ... Tossed a complete-game shutout against LIU Brooklyn (Mar. 30) ... Allowed just seven hits and matched a career high with 10 strikeouts against the Blackbirds ... He was even better against Sacred Heart, as he tossed a three-hit shutout against the Pioneers on Apr. 13 ... Before Bryant: Instinctive middle infielder with good hands and a strong throwing arm ... Helped Jackson Memorial High School to a 41-14 record over the previous two years, while leading the team in fielding percentage both seasons as a shortstop. He played during this past summer for the Baseball U Terminators out of New Jersey.
