As a freshman: Appeared in 28 games, 14 starts, in his first season with the Bulldogs ... Hit .212 with two doubles, a triple and seven RBI ... He walked 10 times and was hit three others, producing a .364 on-base percentage ... Earned NEC Co-Rookie of the Week honors on Apr. 16 after going 5-for-10 with five runs scored and four RBI ... He also walked four times and was hit twice to produce a .647 on-base percentage for the week ... In his first career start at first base against Northeaster, Zanotta hit his first career triple, drove in two, scored three runs, walked three times and was also hit by a pitch ...
