Bulldogs send 19 to college summer leagues
SMITHFIELD, R.I. – After another outstanding season this spring, the Bryant University baseball team will send 19 of its players to some of the most prestigious college summer baseball leagues across the country.
The Bulldogs went 42-16 this past spring, winning their second-straight Northeast Conference title and making their second-straight NCAA tournament appearance.
Bryant will send seven players to the New England Collegiate Baseball League (NECBL), six to the Futures Collegiate Baseball League (FCBL) and one each to the Cape Cod Baseball League (CCBL), Perfect Game Collegiate League (PGCBL), Hamptons League, Valley League, New York Collegiate Baseball League (NYCBL) and to the Alaskan Collegiate Baseball League.
