Bulldogs Receive At-Large Bid to ACHA Northeast Regional

Smithfield, R.I.- The Bryant University Bulldogs are heading back to the ACHA Northeast Regional Tournament after the 2021 tournament was canceled due to Covid-19. The Bulldogs also qualified for the postseason tournament in 2020. 

Bryant will be squaring off against the #11 seeded University of Vermont on Friday, February 25, 2022 at 10:30am at the Keene Ice Arena in Keene, New Hampshire. UVM is currently 8-7-1. 

This year's Bulldogs squad has one remaining regular season game on the schedule again UConn on February 19th. Currently they sit 8-6-3 on the year while 3-3-2 in the highly competitive NECHA Patriot East Division. The Patriot East sends four of their six teams to the regional tournament. With Northeastern University cliniching the #2 seed and an automatic birth to the National Tournament, followed by #4 Boston College, #10 Bryant University, and #12 Merrimack College.
