ALBANY, N.Y.- The Bryant racquetball team headed over to Albany New York to The Court Club for their first tournament. The Court Club is a 38,000-square foot fitness facility that encompasses everything from rock climbing to court sports. The tournament ran from September 29th to October 1st . 11 players traveled to New York that included two seniors, six sophomores, and three freshmen.

There were many ties and placements by the end of the tournament. Yuvraj Duggal tied for third place in the men’s collegiate singles #1 Blue Division, and Freshman Thomas Dings placed third in the collegiate singles #4 in the same division. Sophomore, Michael Lynch, placed third in the men’s collegiate singles #3 Red Division, which was very impressive considering it was his first tournament. Freshman Matthew Houde managed to tie for third place in the men’s collegiate singles #3 Red Divison. Pushing forward, the scoring continued with sophomore Andrew Zilonis placing third in the men’s collegiate singles #2. Peter Elder, a freshman, impressively won the men’s collegiate singles #3 White Division. Sophomore and secretary of the team, Constance Tang, came in second place in the women’s collegiate singles #2 Gold Division. Tang scored the most points for the team, but the team as a whole performed extremely well.
