COACHES' CORNER: Jay's biggest asset is her hockey IQ.  She really understands our system and does a great job helping the younger players to see the big picture. Like Lauren Alexander, Jay's work ethic is unsurpassed and her ability to work with and relate to our younger players is incredibly valuable.
