Bryant opens new field Friday vs Merrimack

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University field hockey team plays its first home game on Friday afternoon, welcoming Merrimack to Smithfield.

Bryant will celebrate the opening of its new water-based astroturf with a ceremonial ribbon cutting at 2:30 p.m. The game will begin at 4:00 p.m. and air on AmericaEast.tv.

Fans attending the ribbon-cutting ceremony are encouraged to arrive by 2:15 p.m.

Series History
