Bulldogs to play in 2016 Legends Classic

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University men's basketball team is set to join a stacked field as it participates in the Legends Classic, to be played in mid-late November of the 2016-17 season.

The Bulldogs will play in the sub-regional round of the tournament from Nov. 21-22. Eastern Washington will play host to Bryant, Louisiana Monroe and Seattle.

Headlining the Legends Classic will be NCAA tournament members Texas, Colorado and Notre Dame, as well as Northwestern, which all will play in the championship rounds at Brooklyn's Barclays Center.

The complete schedule for the 2016 Legends Classic will be announced at a future date, and the complete Bulldogs schedule will be announced sometime this upcoming summer/early fall.
