A four-year varsity letterwinner for Enfield High School, Roy received the honors for three-straight years of All Connecticut Conference League Team and All Connecticut-State Team (2014-16) ... Elected to the 2015 Connecticut All-Star Team, while also being elected the 2015 Connecticut All-Star MVP  ... played hockey for Enfield Raiders ... attended Methodist University for one year before coming to Bryant.
