Smith & Buckhout Garner Northeast-10 Weekly Honors

SOUTH EASTON, MASS. – Bryant University men’s lacrosse sophomore midfielder Adam Smith (Bainbridge Island, WA) was named the Northeast-10 Player of the Week in announcement made yesterday by the conference office. He was joined by fellow Bulldog Craig Buckhout (South Salem, NY) who was named Freshman of the Week.

Smith was honored for his week that saw him notch five goals and six assists in a 3-0 week for Bryant.  In a game against Bentley he had two goals and two assists. He also notched three goals and one assist against Saint Michael’s. At Assumption he handed out three assists.

Buckhout was honored for his week saw him notch six goals and four assists in a 3-0 week for the Bulldogs. He scored three goals and notched an assist at Assumption. In a win against Bentley added two goals and an assist. He also had goal and two assists against Saint Michael’s.

Bryant will play it final regular season game on Wednesday when they host Franklin Pierce at 4:00PM.
