Men's Lacrosse Falls to Le Moyne, 14-3 in Conference Final

SYRACUSE, NY – The Bryant University men’s lacrosse
team fell to Le Moyne College 14-3 in the Northeast-10 Conference
Championship game played today in Syracuse. The Bulldogs, playing
in their second-straight conference championship game - third
overall in six seasons as a varsity program, finishes the year with
an 11-6 record.
Le Moyne led 3-0 after the first quarter and held a 6-0 advantage in the second before the Bulldogs finally got on the board. Freshman Zach Rosenow netted his eighth goal of the season after picking up a pass from Craig Buckout and blasting it past the Le Moyne keeper to make it 6-1.
The Dolphins would add two more goals and head into the locker room at the break leading 8-1.
The Bulldogs came out firing in the second half as Buckout scored his 25th goal of the season just a minute into the third quarter and Jason Zilewicz would add a goal of his own with a little over four minutes remaining in the quarter, but Le Moyne would successfully defend its title with five goals in the fourth to put it away.
