As a sophomore: Saw action in three games for the Bulldogs in 2011.

As a freshman: Appeared in one game as a rookie... Recorded a caused turnover and went 1-for-1 at the faceoff X in his only appearance of the season, coming against Wagner College... Also picked up two ground balls in the game.

Before Bryant: A 2009 graduate of Fairfield Ludlowe High School, Mason was a four-year starter on defense for the Falcons... Named a Second Team All-FCIAC selection as a senior... Played in the 2009 senior all-star game... Was also a three-year letterwinner for the Falcon football team, starting all three years at tight end and defensive end... Elected team captain as a senior in both lacrosse and football... Four-year honor roll student... Named the FCIAC Scholar-Athlete of the Month in November 2009.

Personal: Born June 30, 1991... Son of Edward and Jean Mason... Has two sisters, Sarah and Emily, who is currently a freshman lacrosse player at Quinnipiac University... Plans to study finance.
