As a freshman: Appeared in all 17 games, starting 10, in his first season with the Bulldogs in 2011 ... Finished tied for fourth on the team with 16 goals ... Added three assists to finish with 19 points ... Collected 27 ground balls on the season ... Tied for first with two game-winning goals ... Finished third on the team with four man-up goals ... Named to the NEC All-Rookie Team ... Named the NEC Rookie of the Week twice ... Scored his first collegiate goal against Vermont on Mar. 5 ... Personal: The son of Robert and Julie Sipperly, Daniel David Sipperly was born February 8, 1992… Father played lacrosse at Hobart where he was a three-time national champion… Has two brothers, Derek, who played lacrosse for Army, and Trever, who played lacrosse at Notre Dame from 2006-10 and is currently a fifth-year senior on the Bulldog team… Has one sister, Isabelle.
