THE SERIES
Saturday marks the fifth all-time meeting between Bryant and Stony Brook but first since 2013. The teams are 2-2 in the series.

The last matchup came in 2013 on Long Island with the Bulldogs taking a 10-9 victory at LaValle Stadium. Shane Morrell tallied three goals and three assists, including the game-winning goal with 3:19 to play.

LAST TIME OUT: BRYANT 9, MANHATTAN 8
Manhattan scored the final three goals of the contest to leave the Conaty Indoor Athletic Center with a 9-8 win over Bryant last Saturday. Sophomore Marc O'Rourke (Hingham, Mass.) recorded two goals and two assists.

MAKING HIS MARC
Sophomore Marc O'Rourke ranks fourth in the NEC in goals (11), third in assists (8) and third in points (19) entering the week.

LUKE, NOT LUCK
Freshman goalie Luke Caracciolo (Centreville, Va.) ranks sixth nationally with 14.0 saves per game and eighth with a .583 save percentage. Caracciolo has turned aside 15 or more shots in three of his four starts.

Caracciolo has earned two weekly conference awards, as he was named NEC Co-Rookie of the Week for the Bucknell game and earned NEC Defensive Player of the Week honors for his effort against Providence.

THE LONG AND WINDING ROAD
Bryant features five players who hail from Long Island: Jake Buonaiuto (Miller Place), Lucas Flynn (East Setauket), Chris Forsberg (Huntington), Andre Gomez (Melville) and Matt Heldberg (Kings Park).

BULLDOGS AMONG NEW ENGLAND'S BEST
Bryant has won 107 games since joining Division I in 2009 - the second-highest total of the 15 Division I lacrosse programs in the six New England states behind Yale's 110. The Bulldogs' .598 winning percentage over those 11 seasons ranks third in New England after Yale (.696) and Brown (.605).

361 AND COUNTING
Head coach Mike Pressler ranks sixth among active NCAA coaches in all divisions with 361 career victories. Of those 361, 132 have come while leading the Bulldogs since 2007. Among active Division I coaches, only John Danowski (Duke) and Bill Tierney (Denver) have more career victories.
