Williams named NEC Player of the Week

Somerset, N.J. - Ben Williams of the Bryant University men's soccer team has been named the Northeast Conference Player of the Week by the organization on Tuesday.

 Williams has had a great start to his season by scoring three goals in two games played. His mark of three goals this season is tied for the second-most in the NEC. Yesterday against Sacred Heart, Williams scored two goals in the 4-2 win. This season Williams leads the NEC in points per game with three and is tied for second in points with six.

The Bulldogs will return home for an NEC game against St. Francis Brooklyn on March 22.
