Soler named to Men's Team of the Week

Senior defender Javier Soler Gandia of the Bryant University men's soccer team was named to the Men's Team of the Week by College Soccer News and TopDrawerSoccer on Tuesday morning.

Soler earns the honor after scoring the game-winning goal in Bryant's 1-0 victory over Northeastern and dishing out an assist in the squad's 5-0 win over NJIT.

This is Soler's first time being named to a Team of the Week as a Bulldog. He was named as an honorable mention to TopDrawerSoccer's Men's Team of the Week previously. This is the second time in the 2023 season that a Bryant player has received this accolade. Vicente Valor Martinez was named to the Team of the Week by both publications during the week of 9/12.
