Black and Gold take on Yale in NCAA First Round on Thursday

SMITHFIELD, R.I. - On Thursday night, the Bryant University men's soccer team will take on the Yale Bulldogs in the first round of the NCAA Men's Soccer Championship.

Notes and Notables

• Bryant qualified for their first NCAA tournament by winning the America East conference on Sunday. They beat New Hampshire in double overtime 1-0 to secure their first conference title in program history.
• The Black and Gold's conference title combined with their season record of 16-1-2 earned them the right to host Thursday's game. This is the second time in school history that a team has hosted an NCAA tournament game. Bryant last hosted an NCAA game when lacrosse earned the right to host in 2017.
