Pitarch earns All-ECAC Second Team honors

DANBURY, CT - The Eastern College Athletic Conference (ECAC) announced its 2023 DI Men's Soccer All-ECAC teams last week. Junior forward Marc Pitarch Bayot was selected to the second team by the organization after a stellar 2023 season.

Pitarch qualified for ECAC selection after being named to the America East First Team in November.

The Ares del Maestrat, Spain native accumulated an America East leading 11 goals while also tallying seven assists for a program record 28 points on the campaign. On top of his record breaking stats, Pitarch earned America East Offensive Player of the Week honors for the week of 10/30 after recording two goals and two assists against Binghamton to secure a playoff berth for the Bulldogs.

Pitarch was also previously named to the 2023 United Soccer Coaches Division I Men's All-Northeast Region First Team at the beginning of December.
