As a junior: Recorded season-best times in the 100-yard freestyle (52.77), 200-yard freestyle (1:57.05), 500-yard freestyle (5:11.88) and 1000-yard freestyle (10:58.47) at the Dartmouth Invitational (1/28/11)... Produced a time of 25.86 in THE 50-yard freestyle in a tri-meet against Maine and BU.

As a sophomore: Swam the 500 freestyle in 5:20.42 at the New England Invitational... Finished the 1000 freestyle in 11:18.49 at the Harold Anderson Invitational. 

As a freshman: Finished 800 freestyle in 10:27.56 against Fairfield... Swam the 50 freestyle in 24.29, 100 freestyle in 52.58, 200 freestyle in 1:55.92 and 500 freestyle in 5:20.68 at the New England Invitational.

Before Bryant: A 2008 graduate of Naugatuck High School... Lettered in football, baseball and swimming... All-league team selection for all three sports twice... Four-time NVL All-Academic Team selection... National Honor Society member.

Personal: Born April 23, 1990... Son of David and Sandra Heller... Has a brother, Trevor, who is a freshman on the Bryant men's swim team in 2010, and a sister, Kristin, who was a four-year member and captain of the Iona College swim team... Aunts Kate Tiedemann and CarolAnn Redfield were All-American swimmers at Fairfield University and the United States Military Academy, respectively... Competes in triathlons around the Northeast... Majors in communication.
