Bio

As a sophomore: The Bulldogs top backstroker as a sophomore ... Set school records in the 100 and 200 back events at the ECAC Championships ... Finished 11th in the 100 back, setting the program mark with a time of 52.37 ... Shattered the 200 mark with a time of 1:55.39, finishing 14th ... Also a member of the 200 and 400 medley relay teams that set school records at the ECAC meet ... Won 100 back at both the CCSU Invitational (Oct. 15) and vs. Maine (Oct. 23) ... Finished second on four other occasions; Boston College (Oct. 14), Providence (Nov. 9), at Niagara (Nov. 12), at Stony Brook (Jan. 21) ... Also won the 100 back at St. Francis (NY) (Jan. 14) and vs. Holy Cross (Feb. 4) ... Finished third in his only attempt at the 1000 free against St. Francis.  

As a freshman: Recorded season-best personal times in the 50-yard backstroke (25.26), 100-yard backstroke (54.31), and the 200-yard backstroke (1:57.34) at the Harold Anderson Invitational (12/3/10) ... Swam the 400-yard IM in 4:40.34 against BU and Maine (10/23/10) ... Recorded a time of 2:04.39 in the 200-yard IM against Stony Brook (1/22/11) ... Swam in the 200-yard freestyle against Boston College where he finished with a time of 1:54.04 ... Raced against Fairfield (11/20/10) where he finished with a time of 5:10.48 in the 500-yard freestyle ... Raced in the 1000-yard freestyle against Holy Cross with a time of 10:46.20 ... Competed in a tri-meet against NJIT and SFNY (1/15/11) where he finished the 200-yard butterfly with a time of 2:15.04.
