As a sophomore (2022-23)
Competed in both diving heights ... Placed 12th in the 3m and 15th in the 1m at the America East Championships ... Recorded a personal best score of 210.90 in the 1M and 193.12 in the 3M at Boston University.

As a freshman (2021-22)
Placed seventh in the one-meter dive (162.05) and eighth in the three-meter dive (133.85) at the NEC Championships.

Before Bryant: Three year member of school's swim team... Three time qualifier for Virginia state meet, including third place finish in one meter dive in 2020... Two time regional meet champion... Set school record with personal best score of 349.5 in one meter event... Also played baseball and football in high school, earning USSSA All-American honors in baseball.

Personal: Son of Chris and Kristine Smetana... Has one sibling, Andrew.
