Bulldogs Defeat Providence For First Dual Meet Win

PROVIDENCE, R.I.- The Bryant men's swimming and diving team earned their first dual meet win of the season with a tight 151-147 win over Providence on Friday. 

Griffin Lajoie led with three event wins, as he swept the 100 and 200 back and swam a 2:10.75 in the 200 IM. He was one of three Bulldogs to take multiple wins, as Leo Luna won both the 1500 and 400 free, while Drew Arnold took first in both the one and three-meter dives.

Alex Rowson (200 free) and Andrew Gamper (200 fly) also brought home individual wins for Bryant.

The Bulldogs will return to the pool on December 2-4 at the Gompei Invitational in Worcester.
