2010-11 (Junior):  Went 1-2 overall on the season including 1-1 in dual matches … Defeated Holy Cross’ Jeff Paadre 6-0, 6-2 in October … Went 4-5 in doubles play during the season … Outstanding student-athlete in the classroom, Cournoyer was a member of Bryant’s Tax Team Champions, one of only five teams out of 905 from 83 different schools across the country to earn a spot at the finals of the Pricewaterhouse Coopers Extreme Tax (xTax) competition in Washington, D. C.

2009-10 (Sophomore):  Went 4-5 overall on the season including a 4-2 mark in dual competition  ... 1-0 record at No. 4, 1-0 at No. 5 and was 2-2 at No. 6 singles ... Picked up wins over Rhode Island College's  Garrett Smith (7-5, 6-2) at No. 4 singles ... Also victorious against Ajeya Shekar of  Holy Cross (6-1, 6-0), Edgardo Ureta (6-1, 6-1) of Hartford and downed Concordia's Dane Ostilley, 2-6, 6-3, 6-1.

2008-09 (Freshman):  Went 1-2 overall on the season as a freshman ... Finished 1-0 at the No. 6 singles spot ...  Defeated Holy Cross' Tom Steinart (6-0)(6-0) to pick up his first career victory.

Before Bryant:  A 2008 graduate of Wachusett Regional High School, Cournoyer earned four varsity letters for the Mountaineers …  Awarded Mid-Wach Conference MVP in 2006, '07 and '08 ...  Named Mid-Wach All-Star in his junior and senior seasons... Named T&G All-Star in '07 and '08 ...  Awarded coaches award his senior season.
