Bulldogs finish strong at Brown Bear Duels

SMITHFIELD, R.I. – The Bryant University men's tennis team finished strong at the 2017 Brown Bear Duels, featuring regional rivals Brown and Boston College in Providence this weekend.

Coach Gendron's Comments

"This weekend was a grind for our guys. Matt [Kuhar] played great and looked his sharpest all fall. We have a lot to prepare for and this was the note we needed to end the fall on. Our spring will start in less than two months so there is a lot to do. Hopefully, the final event helped prepare us for what is around the corner."

Notes

• Redshirt junior Matt Kuhar (Smithfield, R.I.) enjoyed an outstanding weekend, posting a 3-0 record in singles and a 2-1 mark in doubles. Kuhar earned singles victories over two of Brown's two players.
