Bryant downs Sacred Heart on Monday
CUMBERLAND, R.I. -- The Bryant University men's tennis team earned a 5-2 victory over Sacred Heart on Monday afternoon at Fore Court.
How it Happened
- SHU won at No. 1 doubles, winning four of five deciding points. The Bulldogs were able to tie with a win at No. 2 doubles.
- At No. 3, both teams held serve until Bryant serving at 4-5. The Pioneers were able to grab a 6-4 win and claim the doubles point.
- In singles, Leonardo Mileikowsky opened with a 6-0, 6-3 victory.
- Diego Serra Sparrow then claimed a 6-3, 6-1 victory to put Bryant up 2-1.
- After SHU tied the score, Nick Lorenz and Aryaan Sen produced victories to give Bryant the match.
- Jean-Christophe Baril closed it out with a three-set victory.
