2006 Season Outlook: Will be the starting shortstop again this season. Look for her RBI total to increase this season due to the departure of the teams' two RBI leaders.

As a Sophomore: Appeared in all 46 games earning a start in 45. Hit .275 with 29 runs including two homeruns. Had a team high 21 sacrifices. Amanda was fourth on the team in RBI with 23. Third-Team All-Northeast-10 Conference selection.

As a Freshman: Played in all 43 games in her first season, starting in 42. Had 20 hits including three doubles and drove in nine runs. Three multiple hit games, with two hits in games with Iowa Wesleyan, Saint Anselm, and Bentley. Went 2-4 with two RBIs vs. Bentley.

Before Bryant: Amanda is a 2003 graduate of Minnechaug Regional High School where she was team captain and four-year letterwinner. She was a two-time all-Western Mass. and all-league selection. State finalist in 2002. Honor roll.

Personal: Amanda Gagne was born June 3, 1984. She is the daughter of Bill and Sherril Gagne. Accounting major.
