In the circle, led the Bulldogs with a 10-6 overall mark, including a 3.05 era in 85 innings of work … Complied a team-best 49 strikeouts and a pair of saves … Put together a 16 innings stretch (five games) in which she collected three wins and a save while allowing just two earned runs … Selected as NEC Rookie of the Week a league-best four times … Earned a First Team All-Northeast Conference selection (designated player).

Before Bryant: A four-year starter at Wheat Ridge H.S. (Colo.), Madsen has the makings of a power pitcher when she arrives on campus.  Standing at 5-foot-9, the Colorado native most recently completed a fantastic senior year in which she was nominated as the Gatorade Player of the Year award en route to being named to the all-state team, all while pitching her team to a state championship title.  Madsen also earned varsity letters in basketball, track and field and golf, and is a member of the Colorado Styxx travel team.

Personal: Daughter of Scott and Karen Madsen, Elle Madsen was born May 28, 1994.
