LOS ANGELES, CALIF. - Rising junior Alexis Clancy of the Bryant University softball team is participating in an internship with the Los Angeles Dodgers this summer in the community relations department.

Recently Clancy was fortunate enough to be at the All-Star game since it was held in Los Angeles this season.

"This summer was a particularly exciting time to be a Dodger intern because, for the first time in 42 years, Dodger Stadium hosted the All-Star Game", Clancy said. "I was fortunate to experience the thrill of All-Star Week and the planning and intricacies of hosting such a large event. My team worked with the MLB and the Los Angeles Dodgers Foundation to carry out the All-Star Legacy projects".

This has been a great experience for Clancy, a native Angeleno, grew up following the Dodgers and has many fond memories of games at Dodger Stadium.

"I feel so lucky to have had this opportunity this summer.
