Bryant falls to Mercer on Walk-Off HR
MACON, GA. – The Bryant University softball team fell to Mercer 5-3 on a walk-off home run on Sunday.

- In the bottom of the seventh inning, with two outs, the Bulldogs committed a fielding error, which led to a walk-off three-run home run (5-2).
How it Happened
- In the top of the first inning, the Bears scored a run on an RBI single (1-0).
- Megan Marcel and Alexis Larrow reached base on a walk and single. Sam Rohwer and Amira Rainer then hit back-to-back RBI singles to give the Bulldogs a lead in the top of the second (2-1).
- Mercer then tied the game at two on an RBI single in the bottom of the third (2-2).
- Aleix Hudson hit a lead-off double to right-center, then was brought home on a sacrifice fly by Alexis Clancy in the top of the fifth inning (3-2).
- In the bottom of the seventh inning, with two outs, the Bulldogs committed a fielding error, which led to a walk-off three-run home run (5-3).
