Bio

As a sophomore: Cross Country- Ran in the Bryant XC Invitational and finished 27th with a mark of 17:25...Competetd in the CCSU Invitational where he recorded a team-best 23rd place finish and a time of 27:21... Ran in the 2010 Codfish Bowl where he finished 23rd overall and a time of 26:59 on the 8k course... Competed in  the New England Championships where he finished the 8k course with a time of 26:19 and a 118th place finish... Raced in the Northeast Conference Championships where he finished a team-best 26:48 and walked away with a 28th place finish to end the 2010 season. Indoor Track & Field - Finished third overall in the 3000m run with a time of 8:50.12 at the Alden Invitational... Recorded a 25th-place spot in the mile run at the Harvard Invitational with a time of 4:32.48.

As a freshman: Cross country - Ran in all six events in 2009... Recorded his best finish at the Central Connecticut Invitational with a time of 6:48.59... Finished 68th in his first NEC XC Championship, which was the second-best time from the Bulldogs.

Before Bryant: A 2009 graduate of Chariho Regional High School... Four-year varsity letterwinner in cross country, indoor track and outdoor track, earning 12 varsity letters.. Three-time all-state selection in cross country... Holds the school record for the indoor 1500-meter and the outdoor mile... Two-time individual Division Champion in track... Earned seven Class Championships in four years, including one Class-A cross country title, three Class-B indoor track and field titles and three Class-B outdoor track & field titles... Recipient of the Presidential Leadership Award... Served as Class President for three years and vice president for one year... Peer tutor... General Treasurer's Business Student of the Year.
