As a senior: Cross cou ntry - Competed in the Bryant XC Invitational and recored the fastest time for the Bulldogs at 16:47... Finished 12th overall at the Bryant XC Invitational... Ran in the CCSU invitational and registered a time of 28:34 and a 47th place finish in the 8k course... Competed in the 2010 Codfish Bowl and finished 72nd overall with a time of 28:22... Ran in  the  New England Championships where he finished 152nd overall with a time of 26:38... Competed in the New England Championships where he finished 33rd overall with a time of 27:22. 

As a junior: Cross country - Ran in every event for the Bulldogs in 2009... Earned a top-20 finish at the Quinnipiac Invitational with a time of 27:03... Finished 13th at the Bryant Invitational, marking a personal best for his 2009 campaign... Broke the 29-minute mark at the NEC Cross Country Championships, finishing 69th overall.

As a sophomore: Cross country - Competed in six events for the Bulldogs... Placed 63rd at the NEC XC Championships with a time of 29:14.3... Ran a 28:25.0 at the New England Championships (8K)... Ran a 28:30 at the Fairfield Cross Country Invitational.

Before Bryant: A 2007 graduate of La Salle Academy in Providence, R.I.... Three-year varsity letterwinner in both cross country and outdoor track and field... Earned another varsity letter in indoor track as a senior... Also earned two varsity letters as a wrestler his sophomore and junior years... Helped lead La Salle Academy cross country and outdoor track to a total of four division titles and class championships in 2005 and 2007... Named an all-state selection in cross country in 2005 and all-state in outdoor track & field in 2007... National Honor Society member... Graduated with first honors... Served as a math tutor and with model legislature.

Personal: Born April 12, 1989... Resides with father, Tom Twardowski, and brother, Tom, in Rehoboth, Mass.... Works during the year in the Bryant IT department.
