Indoor T&F competes at New Englands
BOSTON – The Bryant University men's and women's indoor track & field teams opened the 2011 New England Championships Friday with several strong performances.
Joseph Pugliano took 13th in the men's 200 meter dash in 22.57 seconds while teammate Kyle Reid was 26th (22.39). Michael Aarons placed 25th overall in the men's 60 meter dash in 7.30 seconds.
Senior Michael DiBella ran well in the 500 meters, placing 16th overall in 1:05.94 while on the women's side, Megan Robertson was 23rd overall in the 5000 meters in 18:44.09. The championships will continue Saturday with Chris Brida to compete in the men's triple jump.
