As a sophomore: Cross Country- Competed in six of the seven meets in his second season with the Bulldogs ... Finished 46th at the Bryant University Invitational ... Placed 64th at the Monmouth Invitational ... Finished third on the Bulldogs, and 41st overall, at the Ted Owen Invitational ... Set a career-best 5k time at the CCSU Mini-Meet, crossing the line with a time of 16:19 ... Claimed his highest finish of the season at the Brown University Invitational, finishing 13th with a time of 27:37.6. Indoor Track & Field- Finished third in the mile run at the Alden Invitational with a time of 4:38.2 ... Ran a season-best time in the 3000m at the Greater Boston Invitational, finishing 13th with a time of 9:07.9 ... Earned third place in the 5000m at the MIT Invitational, finishing with a time of 16:13.2. Recorded a 49th-place finish at the Harvard Invitational with a time of 4:40.39 in the mile run ... Personal: Son of Diane and Robert Chapruet, Christopher Victor Chapruet was born March 17, 1992 ... Has one brother, Robert, who swims and runs track for Babson College.
