As a junior: Cross Country - Competed in six meets during his third season in Smithfield ... Led the Bulldogs across the finish line in five of those races ... Earned All-NEC honors with a 14th-place finish at the NEC Championships ... Finished the race with a time of 27:17.30 ... Ran to a 10th-place finish at the CCSU Mini-Meet, setting a personal-best time in the 5k with a time of 15:45 ... Finished ninth at the Brown Unviersity Invitational ... Crossed the finish line with a time of 27:21 at the New England Championships ... Finished 17th at the Ted Owen Invitational ... Finished 39th in the Bryant University Invitational ... Ran in the 2010 Codfish Bowl where he finished 23rd overall and a time of 26:59 on the 8k course ... Competed in  the New England Championships where he finished the 8k course with a time of 26:19 and a 118th place finish ... Raced in the Northeast Conference Championships where he finished a team-best 26:48 and walked away with a 28th place finish to end the 2010 season. Indoor Track & Field - Finished third overall in the 3000m run with a time of 8:50.12 at the Alden Invitational ... Recorded a 25th-place spot in the mile run at the Harvard Invitational with a time of 4:32.48 ... Member of 4x800m relay team that came in first in the URI Sorlien Memorial Invitational with a time of 8:26.71 ... Also placed fourth in the mile run with a time of 4:33.86 at the same meet ...
