As a graduate student: Indoor Track & Field - Set three school records in his final season with the Black and Gold ... Broke the school record in the 3000m at the Terrier Invitational with a time of 8:30.2 ... Broke the school record in the 5000m at the USATF-NE Championships with a time of 15:03.3, finishing third ... Earned three top-five finishes in the mile run ... Won the event at the Alden Invitational, finished second at the Greater Boston Invitational and fifth at the Harvard Invitational ... Finished seventh in the 3000m at the NEC Championships ... Also a member of the record-breaking distance medley relay team at the NEC Championships.

As a senior: Cross country - Competed in the Bryant XC Invitational and recored the fastest time for the Bulldogs at 16:47... Finished 12th overall at the Bryant XC Invitational ... Before Bryant: A 2007 graduate of La Salle Academy in Providence, R.I ... Three-year varsity letterwinner in both cross country and outdoor track and field ... Earned another varsity letter in indoor track as a senior ... Also earned two varsity letters as a wrestler his sophomore and junior years ... Helped lead La Salle Academy cross country and outdoor track to a total of four division titles and class championships in 2005 and 2007 ...
