Indoor- Posted a season-best time of 15:19.03 in the 5000 at the BU Invitational … Competed in the 5000 and the 1500 at the NEICAAAs … Finished 13th in the 5000 (15:27.38) and 17th in the 1500 (4:22.66).

Outdoor- Broke the school record in the 5000 with a time of 15:08.91 at the Stonehill Invitational … Finished second in the event … Placed ninth in the 5000 at the NEC championships … Also finished seventh in the 10000 (33:56.33) at the NECs … Competed in the 5000 at New England’s, finishing 28th (15:41.13).

As a junior: Cross Country - Posted a strong season for the Black and Gold as a junior ... Ran a season-best time of 26:26.39 at the New England Championships (155th) ... Finished 21st at the UAlbany Invitational (27:07) ... Earned a 43rd-place finish at the CCSU Mini-Meet (16:29.78) ... Started his season with a 71st-place finish at the Nassaney Invitational (28:13.9). Indoor Track & Field - Competed in only one meet during the indoor season, finishing 29th in the 3000m (9:19.81) at the Torpey Invitational. Outdoor Track & Field - Recorded a season-best time in the 3000 at the Brown Invitational, finishing 22nd with a time of 9:05.14 ... Finished 15th in the 5000 at the NEC championships with a time of 15:46.26 ... Also competed in the 1500.

As a sophomore: Cross Country- Competed in six of the seven meets in his second season with the Bulldogs ... Finished 46th at the Bryant University Invitational ... Placed 64th at the Monmouth Invitational ... Finished third on the Bulldogs, and 41st overall, at the Ted Owen Invitational ... Set a career-best 5k time at the CCSU Mini-Meet, crossing the line with a time of 16:19 ... Claimed his highest finish of the season at the Brown University Invitational, finishing 13th with a time of 27:37.6. Indoor Track & Field- Finished third in the mile run at the Alden Invitational with a time of 4:38.2 ... Ran a season-best time in the 3000m at the Greater Boston Invitational, finishing 13th with a time of 9:07.9 ... Earned third place in the 5000m at the MIT Invitational, finishing with a time of 16:13.2. Outdoor Track & Field- Registered a season-best time in the 5000m at the Skyhawk Invitational, finishing 14th with a time of 15:45.9 ... As a freshman: Cross Country - Competed in the Bryant XC Invitational and recored a time of 18:00 and a 48th place finish ... Ran in the CCSU Invitational where he recorded a time of 28:43 and a 49th place finish ... Competed int he 2010 Codfish Bowl and finished 73rd overall with a time of 28:25 ... Ran in the New England Championships where he finished 218th overall with atime of 27:18 ... Competed in the Brown Invitational  where he finished the 8k course in 27:24 and  17th overall ... Ran at the Northeast Conference Championships where he finished 56th overall with a time of 28:01. Indoor Track & Field - Finished seventh overall at the Alden Invitational in the 3000m run with a time of 9:30.92 ... Recorded a 49th-place finish at the Harvard Invitational with a time of 4:40.39 in the mile run ... Finished seventh in the 1 mile run at the URI Sorlien Memorial Invitational with a time of 4:40.65 ... Placed 13th in the 5,000m run at the New England Indoor Championships with a time of 15:53.74. Before Bryant: A 2010 graduate of Danvers High School ... Earned four varsity letters in both cross country and outdoor track and field ... Also a two-year varsity letterwinner in indoor track and field ... Set freshman, sophomore, junior and senior course records at home in each of his respective seasons for Falcons' cross country team ... Named MVP of cross country team in 2006, 2007 and 2008 ... Two-time Northeast Conference All-Star in both cross country and track & field ... Set the overall record on the Falcons' home cross country course as a senior in 2010 ... Participated in two seasons of JV basketball ... Acheived High Honors and Highest Honors throughout high school.

Personal: Son of Diane and Robert Chapruet, Christopher Victor Chapruet was born March 17, 1992 ... Has one brother, Robert, who swims and runs track for Babson College.
