Bryant set for ECAC/IC4A weekend

BOSTON, Mass. – The Bryant University indoor men's and women's track and field team is sending a group of five to the ECAC/IC4A Championship this weekend beginning on Friday, March 6. All five of the Bulldogs will compete on Saturday, March 7.

BULLDOGS NOTES AND NOTABLES

  • Sophomore Nicole Xiarhos (Berlin, Conn.) is set to make her ECAC debut in the 200m. Xiarhos qualified for ECACs when she set a personal-best at the BU John Thomas Terrier Classic in January with a time of 24.85.
  • After a record-breaking NEC Championship performance, senior Emily Cluck (Johnson City, N.Y.) will return to the 400m. Cluck took home the gold medal at the NEC Championship as well as breaking the meet record with a PR of 54.72.
  • Sophomore Jason Dolan (Westford, Mass.) is coming off a first-place finish in the 1000m at the BU Last Chance Qualifier. While at BU, Dolan also broke Bryant's school record with a time of 2:26.23 which punched his ticket to the IC4A Championship.
  • The 4x800 team of Jordan Dagrin (North Kingstown, R.I.), Christopher Wrenn (Norton, Mass.), William Bittrich (Duxbury, Mass.), and Dolan will represent the Black and Gold in the 4x800 relay. The squad qualified for IC4A at the NEICAAA Championship with a time of 7:51.23.
