Cavrell, Fodera Compete at UMass Multi-Meet

AMHERST, Mass.- Kevin Cavrell and Maggie Fodera represented the Bulldogs at this week's UMass Multi-Meet in Amherst. Cavrell finished fourth of six in the decathlon, while Fodera placed fifth out of ten in the pentathlon.

Cavrell won a pair of events en route to scoring 5196 total points. He placed first in the discus with a 27.96 meter throw and won the javelin with a throw of 44.25 meters. 

Fodera placed third in three events, finishing with a 1.53 meter mark in the high jump, 5.00 meters in the long jump, and 15.49 seconds in the 100 meter hurdles. She totaled 3743 points.
