FULL GAME NOTES

ON TAP AT KNOTT ARENA

The Bryant University women's basketball team continues Northeast Conference play when it heads to Emmitsburg, Md. for a showdown with Mount St. Mary's, Saturday afternoon at 1 p.m.

This marks the first of three-straight road games for the Bulldogs before they head back home for six of the next seven in Smithfield.

SERIES HISTORY

Saturday marks the eighth all-time meeting between the Bulldogs and Mountaineers with Mount St. Mary's holding a commanding 5-2 series lead.

Last season, the schools split their two matchups with The Mount stealing a two-point overtime victory on the road in Jan. before Bryant avenged the loss with a huge 69-62 win in Maryland thanks to 10 points and 18 rebounds from Naana Ankoma-Mensa.

SCOUTING THE MOUNTAINEERS

Mount St. Mary's enters Saturday's contest with an 8-10 overall mark, 3-3 in the Northeast Conference. After dropping six of their first eight games, the Mountaineers have won six of their last ten. Most recently, The Mount fell to a high-powered Saint Francis U. team, 81-66, on the road despite 33 combined points from Jessie Kaufman and Sydney Henderson.

Henderson, a Preseason All-NEC pick, leads the team with 18.1 points (fifth in NEC) and 5.4 rebounds in nearly 37 minutes per game (tops in NEC). Junior guard Jacqueline Brewer ranks second on the team with 11.2 ppg in less than 25 mpg, while senior guard Ashley Christie leads the team with 3.6 assists per contest.

The Mountaineer's 68 ppg ranks third in the NEC behind only Saint Francis U. and Bryant, while their 74 ppg allowed is seventh in the league.
