FULL GAME NOTES

ON TAP AT THE CHACE ATHLETIC CENTER
The Bryant University women's basketball team will wrap up regular season action vs. Northeast Conference leader Central Connecticut, Monday evening at 7 p.m. The Bulldogs have a chance to win a share of the NEC Regular Season Title with a win over the Blue Devils.

THE SERIES
Monday will mark 14th Division I meeting between Bryant and Central Connecticut with the Blue Devils holding a slim 7-6 lead in the series. The back-and-forth rivalry, which dates back to the Division II era, has perhaps never been more competitive as the teams wrap up the regular season with the NEC Crown up for grabs. After a season-sweep of the Blue Devils last season, Bryant dropped the last meeting between the two schools in on Jan. 17, 70-59.

SCOUTING THE BLUE DEVILS
After being selected to finish tied for last in the 2014-15 Preseason Coaches Poll, Central Connecticut has more than exceeded expectations by clinching at least a share of the NEC Regular Season Title and the No.1  seed in next week's NEC Tournament. Entering Monday's contest with an 18-10 overall record, 14-3 in the NEC, coming off a 77-56 win at Fairleigh Dickinson on Saturday.

CCSU features a balanced attack with nine players seeing action in at least 24 games and eight averaging more than 15 minutes per contest. Junior forward Tejahne Malone leads her team with 11.3 points and 7.5 rebounds in just over 27 minutes per game, while freshman Camden Musgrave's 9.1 ppg make her a strong contender for NEC Rookie of the Year. Junior guard Kayla Miller and senior forward Amanda Harrington each average more than 7.5 points and 5.0 rebounds per game, and senior guard Kaley Watras adds 7.2 ppg off the bench.

As a team, Central has held opponents to just 61 ppg, while shooting .416 from field, both second best in the league. The Blue Devils also rank in the top three in the NEC in FG pct. defense, 3-point FG pct., 3-point FG pct. defense, rebounds allowed, rebounding margin, and assists.

NEC REGULAR SEASON TITLE ON THE LINE
With just one game remaining on the NEC schedule, the league standings could not be any tighter. As it stands entering Monday's games, Central Connecticut has secured the No. 1 overall seed and at least a share of the NEC Regular Season Title. With wins, Bryant and Robert Morris could also clinch a share of the Regular Season Crown. If Bryant wins and Robert Morris loses, the Bulldogs snatch the No. 2 seed in the upcoming tournament, but if both teams win or Bryant loses, then Robert Morris finishes second and Bryant will be the No. 3 seed.

SENIOR DAY
The Bryant women's basketball team will honor three seniors, Jenniqua Bailey, Melissa Corraro and Leigha Tacey, as they play in the final regular season home game of their careers.

BAILEY BECOMES ALL-TIME Appearances LEADER
Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey appeared in her 122nd career game as a Bulldog on Saturday vs. St. Francis Brooklyn, setting the all-time program record for games played in a career. Bailey, who became just the eighth player in Division I history to appear in 100 games, broke the program record for career appearances set by Dede Fogarty (2001-05).

BRYANT BREAKS DI SINGLE-SEASON WIN MARK
The Bulldogs earned their 20th regular season victory with their win at Wagner on Monday, breaking the Division I program record for wins in a season set just last year (17, 2013-14). This also marks the first 20-win season for the program since 2007-08. Bryant also set a new program record for NEC wins in a season (13). With just one regular season game remaining, the Black and Gold also have an opportunity to set the program record for total wins in a season (22, 2003-04, 1987-88).

PLAYOFFS?!
With the win over Mount St. Mary's on Feb. 14, the Black and Gold clinched their third-straight postseason berth. Since becoming Division I postseason eligible in 2012-13, the Bulldogs have qualified for the Northeast Conference Tournament in each of the last three seasons, finishing 8th in 2012-13, and tied for 3rd in 2013-14. Bryant also clinched a first round home game for the second-straight season.

BRING ON MONDAYS
With their 64-47 win at Wagner on Monday, the Bulldogs improved to a perfect 8-0 on Mondays this season. The Bulldogs are now 14-1 this year during the work week (Mon.-Fri.) and just 6-6 on weekends.

NIFTY FIFTY
In Monday's win at Wagner, Bryant held the Seahawks to under 50 points for the second time this season (64-47), marking the only two times the Bulldogs have accomplished the feat this season.

WINDEX
Always among the top rebounding teams in the Northeast Conference, Bryant once against sits at the top in almost every rebounding category in the league rankings. Outrebounding opponents by an average margin of 7.0 rpg (first in NEC, 18th in the country), the Bulldogs have outrebounded the opposition in 22 of 28 contests this season.

STARTING FIVE
All five Bulldog starters (Jenniqua Bailey, Tiersa Winder, Ivory Bailey, Breanna Rucker, and Morgan Olander) are averaging at least 10 points per game enter Monday's game, making Bryant the lone team to accomplish that feat.

FIRST OF THE MONTH
With the Bulldogs' 73-71 win at Saint Francis U. on Feb. 2, Bryant has now recorded victories in each of its first games starting a new month this season. Previously, the Black and Gold had picked up victories over Maine to begin November, Holy Cross to open December, and LIU Brooklyn on Jan. 3.
