ON TAP AT THE CHACE ATHLETIC CENTER
The No. 2 seeded Bryant University women's basketball team will play host to No. 3 Robert Morris, Wednesday at 7 p.m. in the Northeast Conference Tournament Semifinals. This will mark the second-straight NEC Tournament Semifinals appearance for the Bulldogs and the first NEC Semifinal home contest in Bryant hoops history.

THE SERIES
Wednesday marks the 13th meeting between Robert Morris and Bryant with the Colonials holding a 9-3 all-time series lead. This season, the two teams split a pair of three-point games with RMU taking an 87-84 decision in Moon Township on Jan. 31 before the Bulldogs sought their revenge with a 69-66 win on Feb. 21. In the two contests, Breanna Rucker and Morgan Olander each averaged double-doubles with Rucker registering 16.5 points and 13.5 rebounds per contest and Olander putting up 15 ppg and 10 rpg. Sophomore guard Niki Anna Stamolamprou paced the Colonials with 18.5 ppg while freshman Megan Smith chipped in 16.5 ppg.

Wednesday will also mark the second time the two teams will play in the NEC Tournament, serving as a rematch to last season's semifinal showdown in Moon Township, Pa., when the Colonials took down the Bulldogs, 72-67, en route to a NEC Tournament Championship.

SCOUTING THE COLONIALS
The defending Northeast Conference Regular Season and Tournament Champions enter Wednesday's Semifinal showdown with a 16-14 overall record coming off a convincing 89-61 win over #6 Fairleigh Dickinson on Sunday. In the NEC Quarterfinals, All-NEC First Teamer Niki Anna Stamolamprou led her team with a near triple double performance finishing with 13 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists while Rebecca Navarro poured in a career-high 23 points.

Prior to RMU's Feb. 21 loss at Bryant, the Colonials were one of the hottest teams in the country winning 11-straight dating back to Jan. 10. However, Robert Morris closed out the regular season dropping three of its final four games, including the season finale vs. Wagner that cost it a share of the NEC Regular Season Title.

In just her second collegiate season, Stamolamprou has emerged as one of the NEC's top talents, leading her team in 2014-15 with 15.3 ppg, 5.8 rpg and 2.7 assists per game. Smith, an All-Rookie selection, ranked second on the team in scoring at 9.9 ppg to go along with 4.6 rpg while junior Ashley Ravelli added 8.7 ppg, 2.8 rpg, and 2.6 apg.

LAST TIME OUT: BULLDOGS KNOCK OFF THE MOUNT IN NEC QUARTERFINALS
Behind a game-high 27 points from Northeast Conference Player of the Year Breanna Rucker, the Bryant University women's basketball team took down seventh-seeded Mount St. Mary's, 76-54, Sunday afternoon in the NEC Tournament Quarterfinals.

With the win, the Bulldogs (22-8, 14-4 Northeast Conference) advance to the NEC Tournament Semifinals for the second-straight season, while the Mountaineers (8-22, 6-12 NEC) put a bookend on their 2014-15 season. The win also marks Bryant's 22nd of the year, matching a program record for wins in a single season.

Rucker, who scored 15 of her game-high 27 points in the first 11+ minutes of action, added eight rebounds, going 4-of-4 from deep in 33 minutes of action. Junior Tiersa Winder finished with 15 points, three rebounds and a game-high six steals, while freshman Ivory Bailey chipped in 14 points on 5-of-10 shooting from deep.

Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey put up eight points, seven assists, and four steals despite battling a mid-game injury and sophomore center Morgan Olander recorded a game-high 10 boards to go along with five points.

Jenn Carney led the Mount with 18 points while a pair of freshman, Jessica Harris and Katrice Dickson, each finished with 12 points.

BULLDOGS IN THE PLAYOFFS
The 2014-15 season marks the third-straight appearance in the NEC Tournament for the Bulldogs who have qualified for the postseason in all three years of their Division I playoff eligibility since 2012-13. After earning the eighth seed (2012-13) and the fourth seed (2013-14), Bryant secured the number two overall seed in the tournament this season, earning home court advantage through the first two rounds of the tournament.

On Sunday, the Black and Gold knocked off #7 Mount St. Mary's, 76-54, to advance to the NEC Tournament Semifinals for the second-straight season.

BRYANT TIES SINGLE-SEASON PROGRAM WIN MARK
The Bulldogs earned their 22nd victory with their win vs. Mount St. Mary's on Sunday, tying the most wins in a single season in program history previously set in 2003-04 and 1987-88. This also marks the first 20-win season for the program since 2007-08. Bryant also set a new program record for NEC wins in a season (14). The Black and Gold have an opportunity to set the program record for total wins in a season vs. Robert Morris on Wednesday.

NEC REGULAR SEASON CHAMPS
With its 55-53 win over Central Connecticut on Monday, March 2, Bryant earned its first Northeast Conference Regular Season Championship in program history. A two-way tie atop the NEC standings with the Blue Devils resulted in a share of the regular season title for the two schools. This also marks the first League Championship for head coach Mary Burke, who is in her 24th season at the helm.

NEC ELITE
In just its third postseason eligible season as a member of the Northeast Conference, the Bryant University women's basketball team has certainly made its mark on the league as junior Breanna Rucker, Player of the Year, and freshman Ivory Bailey Rookie of the Year, combine for half of the league's major postseason awards.

Rucker, who put together one of the most complete seasons in Bryant's Division I era, became the first Bulldog to earn NEC Player of the Year and All-NEC First Team honors in program history. The junior forward ranked sixth in the league scoring at 16.0 points per game and first in rebounding at 11.4 boards per contest (10th in the country), while her program record 21 double-doubles this season are the fourth most in the country and tied for the sixth most in the NEC since 2000.

Not to be outdone, Bailey wasted little time establishing herself as one of the most dynamic players in the league during her first season donning the Black and Gold. Instantly emerging onto the scene, Bailey averaged 11.3 points, 5.2 rebounds and 2.0 assist per game, while her unique mix of athleticism and dead-eye shooting made her a major matchup problem for opponents.

BAILEY BECOMES ALL-TIME APPEARANCES LEADER
Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey appeared in her 122nd career game as a Bulldog on Feb. 28 vs. St. Francis Brooklyn, setting the all-time program record for games played in a career. Bailey, who became just the eighth player in Division I history to appear in 100 games, broke the program record for career appearances set by Dede Fogarty (121 - 2001-05).

HOME SWEET HOME
With their win over Mount St. Mary's on March 8, the Bulldogs improved to 13-2 overall at home this season. The Black and Gold are also 9-1 vs. Northeast Conference opponents this year at the Chace Athletic Center.

WINDEX
Always among the top rebounding teams in the Northeast Conference, Bryant once against sits at the top in almost every rebounding category in the league rankings. Outrebounding opponents by an average margin of 6.7 rpg (first in NEC), the Bulldogs have outrebounded the opposition in 23 of 30 contests this season.

STARTING FIVE
All five Bulldog starters (Jenniqua Bailey, Tiersa Winder, Ivory Bailey, Breanna Rucker, and Morgan Olander) are averaging at least 10 points per game enter Monday's game, making Bryant the lone team to accomplish that feat.

WELCOME TO THE CLUB
Senior point guard Jenniqua Bailey became the 22nd player in Bryant women's hoops history to score her 1,000th career point on Dec. 31 at UNH, and just the third to do so all at the Division I level. Bailey currently ranks second in scoring in Bryant DI history.
