Clark named ECC Bowling Rookie of the Week

SMITHFIELD, R.I. -- Bryant University women's bowling freshman Laura Clark was named the East Coast Conference Rookie of the Week on Friday.

Clark posted a 17.81 frame average at the James Brown Invitational. She finished with a 72.0 fill percentage and a 42.4 strike percentage (50-for-118). She also rolled the Bulldogs' highest individual score of the weekend, with a 266 against Fayetteville State. 

Clark joins Olivia Hillman as Bulldogs that have earned ECC Rookie of the Week honors.

Bryant returns to the lanes on March 4-5 in Garden City, N.Y.
