Bulldogs secure Top 10 finish at JEL Women’s Intercollegiate

GRASONVILLE, Md.. - The Bryant women's golf finished 7th overall this past weekend in the JEL Women's Intercollegiate at Prospect Bay Country Club. Jenelle Valera led the Bulldogs shooting +29 for the tournament. She would record a best score 77 on her final round of play and place tied for 26th place.

How it Happened:

  • Sydney Craven had an excellent weekend as the 5 for the Black and Gold as she would place T-33rd and finished +32. Her low round would also come in round 3 as she would shoot a 78.

  • Erin Sullivan shot +6 in her last round to finish play tied for 37th overall.

  • Clara Hosman also finished T-37th. She would improve by 6 strokes in her final round where she shot an 81.

  • Caroline Petchark shot a low score of 80 in the opening round. She would finish the tournament inside the top 50.

  • Ellie Myers competed as the individual in the tournament and finished in 67th place. She shot a best round of 96 for the tournament.

Bryant will compete next weekend at the FDU Knights Invitational at Crystal Springs Golf CLub in Hamburg, New Jersey. The Tournament begins on Sunday April 7th and concludes on Monday the 8th.
