Bio

HEALY ON ATHA: After gaining experience the past two seasons, Meg will be relied upon to put her powerful shot to work and help organize our attack.

2010: Appeared in all 16 games, starting in 15 of them... Finished the season third on the team in scoring with 20 points, all of them coming off goals (also third on team)... Recorded the game winner in a 17-7 home win over Long Island on April 1... Registered three hat tricks on the year and posted back-to-back four-goal games (vs. LIU, vs. Wagner)... Her pair of four-tally performances were both new career highs... Notched a goal in 10-of-16 contests... Fired 30 shots with incredible accuracy, sending 27 of them on goal for the best shot percentage and shot on goal percentage on the team... Went 5-of-8 on free-position opportunities... Grabbed 20 ground balls, 13 draw controls and five caused turnovers on the season... Set a new career mark with four ground balls at Presbyterian on March 9.

2009: Played in 15-of-16 games for the Bulldogs as a sophomore... Scored only goal of the season in the team's 15-4 win over Howard University... Had four ground balls on the year, coming against Louisville, Monmouth, Central Connecticut and Iona... Added three draw controls and two caused turnovers.

2008: As a freshman, saw action in 16 games, starting two... Scored five goals and added one assist... Scored career-high two tallies against Southern Connecticut on April 12.  

Before Bryant: A 2007 graduate of Nyack High School... Named an all-league and All-Rockland County selection in both field hockey and lacrosse... Selected to participate at the National Field Hockey Olympic Development Camp... Four-year varsity member of the field hockey team and three-year member of varsity lacrosse team.

Personal: Born on April 28, 1989... Daughter of Peter and Michelle Atha... Double majors in marketing and management in the College of Business.
