HEALY ON GREEN: With a year of competition behind her, we will rely on Mary's hard-working and competitive attitude to motivate our team. An impact midfielder, expect her presence to be felt on both ends of the field.

In the record books: Green has a place in a number of career all-time lists... CAREER RECORDS: third in draw controls per game (2.09); fifth in assists per game (0.82) and shots per game (4.41); seventh in points per game (2.36); ninth in goals per game (1.55).

2010: Started six games for the Bulldogs before suffering a season-ending injury... Dished out nine assists in just six contests to still finish second on the team for the year... Also scored five goals, including two apiece against Boston College in the season opener and Central Connecticut... Averaged 1.50 assists per game... Handed out a trio of helpers in a 14-10 win over Central Connecticut on March 6... Had an assist in five of her six outings... Picked up 12 ground balls with 14 draw controls and six caused turnovers.

2009: Enjoyed an outstanding rookie season with the women's lacrosse team... Finished third on the team in scoring with 29 goals and nine assists for 38 points on the year... Had the game winner in Bryant's 12-8 win over Central Connecticut on April 1... Scored a career-best five goals against LIU and had four tallies against Villanova and Saint Francis (PA)... Scored five free position goals on the year... Had five draw controls against Central Connecticut and added draws against LIU... Also a member of the Bryant women's soccer team.

Before Bryant: A 2008 graduate of Calhoun High School, Green was a four-year lacrosse letterwinner for the Colts... Also lettered in basketball... Led team in goals scored all four years... Named Junior Female Athlete of the Year... All-class selection in 2005 and 2006... Named an all-county pick in 2007... All-conference basketball choice in 2006 and 2007 and all-class selection in 2008... All-class honoree in lacrosse in 2006... Earned all-county bid and team MVP award in 2007.

Personal: Born March 23, 1990... Daughter of Joe and Pat Green... Has two sisters, Shannon and Erin... Plans to study management and marketing in the College of Business.
