As a freshman: Appeared in 15-of-16 games throughout her rookie campaign, earning eight starts, including seven straight from March 11 through April 3 ... Picked up five ground balls on the season ... Earned a draw control win at home vs. Central Connecticut.

Before Bryant: A 2010 graduate of Danbury High School, Erk was a four-year varsity starter in both lacrosse and soccer ... She also earned 3 letters in boys swimming and 1 in track for a total of 12 varsity letters during her high school career ... Named a captain on 3 varsity teams her senior year ... For lacrosse, helped win Division II State Championship as a sophomore ... Selected to the Connecticut Super Juniors team.  Earned all-FCIAC conference honors junior and senior years as well as News-Times all-area selection senior year ... Played club lacrosse for the Connecticut Lightning, where she was a teammate of fellow Bulldog lacrosse freshmen Katherine Keckeisen, Kimberley Sniffen and Lisa Vendel ... A year-round athlete, Erk also named all-FCIAC conference her senior year in soccer ... Earned the boys swim team scholar/athlete award junior year as well as an FCIAC conference scholar/athlete of the month her senior year ... Member of National Honor Society and very active in Distributive Educational Clubs of America (DECA), where she placed first at CT State Conference for Public Relations project.
