Bryant Heads to D.C. To Face Howard on Saturday

WASHINGTON, D.C.- The Bryant women's lacrosse team will return to NEC action this Saturday as they travel to the nation's capital to take on Howard. The Bulldogs are riding a four game win streak, and are 3-0 to start conference play.

Bulldog Notes and Notables

• Kenna Kaut recorded her fourth straight hat trick with three goals in Wednesday's win over UMass Lowell. Her 33 goals lead the NEC and her 3.67 goals per game are 14th in the nation.

• Sam Centofante saved ten shots and allowed just nine goals against UML, her fourth straight game with a save percentage of at least 50%. Her 9.64 goals against average is second best in the NEC and 12th in the country.

• Wednesday's game was the third straight that the Bulldogs surrendered less than ten goals. They are second in the NEC and 19th nationally in scoring defense at 9.89 goals allowed per game.

Scouting the Bison

• Howard comes into Saturday's game at 1-11 on the season and 0-3 in conference play. This is their first season in the NEC after transitioning from the Atlantic Sun.

• Player to Watch: Junior Quai Skeete-Ridley leads the Bison with 17 goals and 21 total points on the season. She's also the team leader with 40 draw controls.

• Bryant and Howard have met just once before, a 15-4 win for the Bulldogs in D.C. back in 2009.
