Bulldogs Record Two Second Place Finishes at UMass Lowell

LOWELL, MA- The Bryant women's rowing team competed this weekend at the River Hawk Challenge at UMass Lowell. The Bulldogs sent three boats to the water, racing to a pair of second place finishes in the N4+ and N8+ finals.

The team of coxswain Gabrielle Martino, stroke Megan Hart, Anna Fijnvandraat, Jordan Grady, and bow Talia Vicente took home second in the four person boat, crossing the line with a time of 7:04.24. 

The eight person team of coxswain Lauren Barry, stroke Clara Cole, Megan Hart, Anna Fijnvandraat, Makenna Lessard, Teagan Dymek, Ella Lopuchowycz, Gabrielle Martino, and bow Jordan Grady placed second with a time of 7:34.04.

The Bryant N4+ B team of Dymek, Cole, Lessard, Barry, and Lopuchowycz also placed fourth in the four boat finals with a time of 7:15.08. 

The Bulldogs will be back in action this weekend at the New England Championships in Worcester, MA.
