Grange Scores 9th but Women's Soccer Falls 3-1

scored her ninth goal of the season, but three second-half Franklin Pierce goals were the difference as the Bulldogs lost 3-1.

Grange scored off a Molly Wallace (East Sandwich, Mass.) pass in the 40^th minute to give the Bulldogs the 1-0 lead. Grange leads her conference in goals and needs four more to tie the Bryant school record for goals in a season and in a career.

But Gabriela Demoner took over from there, scoring three times in the second half in her Raven debut.

The Bulldogs (4-3, 2-2 NE-10) were outshot 11-8.

Katie Mitchell (Deer Park, N.Y.) stopped five shots in the loss.

Bryant will try to snap its three-game losing streak when they host Bentley Tuesday (3:30 p.m.)
