As a senior: Produced season-best personal times in the 1650-yard freestyle (19:32.92) against Sacred Heart (1/19/11)... Recorded a time of 2:51.45 in the 200-yard breastroke against Maine (10/29/10)... Generated a 1:08.64 mark in the 100-yard butterfly against Wagner (10/16/10)... Registered top times in the 200-yard IM (2:26.99) at the Dartmouth Invitational and in the 400-yard IM (5:05.69) at the Harold Anderson Invitational.

As a junior: In her junior year at Bryant, Howell swam in the 500, 1000, 1650 freestyle and 500 butterfly events. She posted her season best in the 1650 freestyle at the NEC Championships. 

Before Bryant: A 2007 graduate of Shenendohowa High School... Four-year member of varsity swim team... Went to Section II Championships in 2006... Graduated with honors.

Personal: Daughter of Jerry and Mary Howell, Amy Marie Howell was borng March, 27, 1989.
